Single Arm Row
Grab handle with one hand.
Step back into a staggered stance with the same side foot.
Keep head up and shouders back.
Pull the band in alongside your ribs.
Try not to rotate the torso or hips.

Single Arm Chest Press
Grab handle with one hand.
Pull band in close to chest.
Turn away from anchor point while holding handle close with two hands.
Staggered stance, rear foot same as hand holding band.
Set up with arm next to ribs.
Press out in front of shoulder.
Reverse process to exit safely.

STRAIGHT ARM PULLDOWN

Find one that works comfortably.
Pull straight arms down to hips
Keep the head up tall and shoulders back
