Straight Rear leg Stance Exercises

DRIVING STEP WITH REACH
Perform a driving step.
Then reach to the front of your leg with the opposite side hand.
Practice blending the reach and the step.
Practice reaching further down your leg and rotating the torso.
Maintain torso alignment with rear leg.

SCAPTION
Scaptions are performed by raising the straight arms up in front to shoulder height.
The arms begin alongside body and come up opening wider than shoulders, not straight in front.
Keep the shoulders pulled back.
